2015 / PVC Sculpture, speakers, spotlight
Taking inspiration on the field of epigenetics, Pythagorean thought and the research of Dr. Derald Langham, Genes(is) – Music of the Spheres was an attempt at creating a healing vortex through an intervention in the Mourning Hall of a Cemetery in Berlin in order to clear transgenerational trauma. The installation consisted of a pvc sculpture in the shape of a vector equilibrium also known as a Genesa Crystal, which is said to harmonize and cleanse the energies of a place; and an audio track produced by superimposing sounds from the NASA Voyager recordings from space over the Solfeggio 432 Hz tone, which is known as the Miracle frequency facilitating transformation and DNA Repair. People could step into the vortex for a “soul adjustment” or join a session of healing music each evening. Musicians that contributed to the project: Malte Marten, Catrina und Miroslav Grosser and Graciela María with Sneaky and Gianpaolo Camplese.
